We are looking for: Quality Director
Main responsibilities:
- Define and execute the global Quality Strategy aligned with company goals and automotive OEM requirements, as well as IoT, telematics, electronics and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee all Quality Management System (QMS) processes, ensuring compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer-specific requirements.
- Lead supplier quality, product quality, and manufacturing quality activities across all locations.
- Managing global quality teams and promoting a sustainable quality culture across all locations
- Manage quality KPIs, customer scorecards, audits, and escalation processes.
- Lead root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions (8D, FMEA, PPAP, APQP).
- Collaborate closely with R&D, engineering, and production teams to ensure product reliability and launch robustness.
- Represent the company in front of tier-one OEMs regarding all quality-related topics.
- Build, mentor, and develop a strong global Quality team.
