Meet The Leadership Team

TJ Dembinski

President

Before becoming President of Eagle Wireless, TJ co-founded and was CEO of Eagle Electronics, building the business into a key supplier for many of the largest OEMs in North America. Prior to Eagle Electronics, he was a Partner at Drive Capital for six years where he invested in high-growth technology companies and served on the Boards of several key investments. Earlier in his career, TJ worked as an investment banker at UBS. He brings a strong background in scaling technology businesses and guiding strategic investment decisions.

Norbert Muhrer

Chief Executive Officer

Norbert Muhrer is an experienced executive in the global wireless and IoT industry. Before joining Eagle Wireless, he served as CEO of Wireless Mobility, leading the company through a period of strategic expansion. Earlier, he held senior leadership roles at Quectel, including President and Chief Sales Officer, where he helped drive the company’s global growth and market leadership. Prior to that, he led the integration and expansion of Cinterion at Gemalto/Thales and served as CEO of Cinterion Wireless Modules after spinning it off from Siemens. Norbert brings extensive international management experience across Europe, the United States, and Asia.

Mark Kvamme

Co-Founder & Chairman, Eagle Wireless, Co-founder & CEO, The O.H.I.O. Fund

In addition to founding Eagle Wireless, Mark is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of The O.H.I.O. Fund. Before this, Mark had a long career in the private sector (founding Drive Capital, serving as a GP at Sequoia Capital, founding CKS and beginning his career at Apple). Mark has also spent extensive time in and around government, having been the Director of Job Creation in Ohio for John Kasich and launching JobsOhio in 2011 which generated $1.7bn in Ohio revenues in 2022.
