TJ Dembinski
Before becoming President of Eagle Wireless, TJ co-founded and was CEO of Eagle Electronics, building the business into a key supplier for many of the largest OEMs in North America. Prior to Eagle Electronics, he was a Partner at Drive Capital for six years where he invested in high-growth technology companies and served on the Boards of several key investments. Earlier in his career, TJ worked as an investment banker at UBS. He brings a strong background in scaling technology businesses and guiding strategic investment decisions.
Norbert Muhrer
Norbert Muhrer is an experienced executive in the global wireless and IoT industry. Before joining Eagle Wireless, he served as CEO of Wireless Mobility, leading the company through a period of strategic expansion. Earlier, he held senior leadership roles at Quectel, including President and Chief Sales Officer, where he helped drive the company’s global growth and market leadership. Prior to that, he led the integration and expansion of Cinterion at Gemalto/Thales and served as CEO of Cinterion Wireless Modules after spinning it off from Siemens. Norbert brings extensive international management experience across Europe, the United States, and Asia.
Joel Young
Joel is a seasoned technologist in the IoT and cellular industry with over 20 years of experience, holding 16 patents in communication technology. Prior, he was the CTO for Digi International, a publicly traded wireless solutions company focused on 5G, LTE, and other wireless technologies. Joel also served as the CTO of Xirgo Technologies, a leader in worldwide wireless transportation and logistics products and solutions.
Dawn Meyerriecks
Dawn Meyerriecks is a senior technology and national security leader with over 40 years of experience across government and industry. She previously served as Director of the CIA’s Directorate of Science and Technology and today advises public and private company boards on secure, resilient technologies, governance, and emerging innovation. She brings deep expertise in large-scale technology transformation, cybersecurity, and mission-critical systems. Dawn is recognized for helping organizations navigate complex regulatory, security, and geopolitical environments while building trusted, long-term technology strategies.
Martin McCourt
Martin McCourt is a tech veteran having worked in fiber optics for 20 years at Corning Inc and 15 years in embedded software and security at Gemalto (now part of Thales). Martin has acquired over 60 companies over his career. He is a current Board member at IDnow GmbH, ComAp a.s and Egide S.A and a former Chairman of Trustonic and Goldpac and NED at Sierra Wireless & Netsize. Martin holds a B. Eng from UCD (Dublin), a Ph.D from INP Grenoble, an MBA from INSEAD and holds a Corporate Directors’ Certificate from Harvard Business School.
Alexander Wiefett
Alexander Wiefett is the Managing Director of Eagle Wireless, with more than 15 years of global leadership experience across the automotive and technology sectors. A results-driven executive, he specializes in organizational development, operational efficiency, and scaling global operations. Alexander has held international leadership roles, including Managing Director positions in China, and previously served in senior roles such as Product Line Purchasing Director at Valeo and Vice President of Materials Management at Peiker Acustic. At Eagle Wireless, he brings deep automotive expertise and operational excellence to support the company’s growth and long-term success.
Samantha Servin
Samantha is a PMP-certified Program Manager with extensive experience leading software and hardware development programs in the wireless and embedded systems industry. In her previous role as PMO Manager at Digi International, she built and directed a global team of project managers, standardized processes, and aligned engineering priorities with executive business goals. She specializes in cross-functional execution and Agile delivery. Samantha currently manages programs and operations at Eagle Wireless, bringing a strong track record of disciplined planning, clear communication, and commitment to on-time delivery.
Peter Visser
Peter Visser is the Sales Director for North America at Eagle Wireless, bringing over a decade of leadership experience across the technology and industrial sectors. Previously, Peter served as General Manager at NetPrisma Inc., where he played a key role in expanding the company’s IoT solutions and strengthening its market presence. Prior to that, he spent several years on the North American sales team at Quectel, the world’s leading IoT module provider, where he was instrumental in growing customer relationships and scaling regional revenue. At Eagle Wireless, Peter leads sales and business development efforts across North America, working closely with customers and partners to deliver reliable, secure, and innovative wireless connectivity solutions. With deep industry expertise and a strong customer-first mindset, he focuses on building long-term partnerships that support the next generation of connected automotive and IoT applications.
Lars Thyroff
With more than two decades of leadership experience in the IoT and telecommunications industry, Lars Thyroff is a visionary executive who bridges technology, strategy, and people. Having led teams and operations across EMEA and Asia, he combines a global business mindset with deep technical insight and a strong focus on sustainable growth and customer success. Recognized for his integrity and forward-thinking approach, Lars continues to drive innovative connectivity solutions that accelerate digital transformation and strengthen trusted partnerships at Eagle Wireless.
Manfred Lindacher
Manfred Lindacher is the Managing Director of Eagle Wireless, bringing more than 25 years of global sales and executive leadership experience within the automotive and IoT industries. An automotive IoT specialist, Manfred began his career in Germany and went on to hold senior international leadership roles, including Product Group Sales Director at Valeo and Vice President of Sales at peiker acustic. Prior to joining Eagle Wireless, he served as Vice President of Automotive International at Quectel Wireless Solutions, where he played a key role in establishing Quectel as a leading global IoT solutions provider. At Eagle Wireless, Manfred leverages his deep industry expertise and global perspective to support strategic growth and strengthen the company’s automotive connectivity portfolio.
Tomaž Petaros
Tomaž Petaros is the Global Product & Portfolio Manager at Eagle Wireless, bringing over 20 years of international experience across IoT and mobile telecommunications. He was a founding member of Neon7, where he initially led global testing and certification before taking on marketing and sales leadership roles. Tomaž has a strong track record in launching new technologies, optimizing processes, and managing product portfolios in close collaboration with customers, sales, and R&D teams. At Eagle Wireless, he focuses on developing and promoting a strong product portfolio and value proposition that supports customers across automotive and IoT markets.
Victor Yu
Victor Yu is the Sales Director for APAC at Eagle Wireless, bringing extensive experience in regional sales leadership and IoT market expansion. Prior to joining Eagle Wireless, Victor spent over a decade at Quectel, where he served as Regional Sales Director and played a key role in expanding the company’s presence across key APAC markets. He successfully led sales initiatives that drove strong revenue growth, strengthened customer relationships, and significantly expanded Quectel’s footprint in the IoT sector. At Eagle Wireless, Victor focuses on driving growth across the APAC region by building strategic partnerships and delivering customer-focused connectivity solutions tailored to diverse regional markets.
William Zhang
William Zhang has over 20 years of experience in embedded systems, wireless communications, and IP switching/routing network products. He specializes in system architecture, RTOS and bare-metal firmware, embedded Linux BSPs, device drivers, and end-to-end software design for telecom and networking platforms, including LTE/NR5G and Qualcomm-based solutions. William excels at defining software architecture, optimizing system performance, and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-performance embedded systems.
Jake Blair
Jake Blair is the Sales Director for the North America region at Eagle Wireless, with a decade of experience leading go-to-market strategy and technical sales teams. A firmware engineer by trade, he specializes on bridging technical requirements with customer needs. Prior to Eagle Wireless, he successfully led revenue growth and technical sales initiatives for two high-value start-up company exits. At Eagle Wireless, Jake focuses on driving growth in the NA region through IoT design engineering expertise and collaborative customer experience.
Aaron Kurland
Aaron Kurland is a senior software and technology leader with over 45 years of experience spanning embedded systems, large-scale software development, architecture, and agile transformation. He currently serves as Head of Software at Eagle Wireless, where he leads software strategy and execution in a fast-moving product environment. His background includes executive and director-level roles across hardware and software organizations, with deep expertise in software engineering best practices, optimization, CI/CD build systems, and technical due diligence for acquisitions. Aaron has a long track record of mentoring engineers, coaching leaders, and aligning technology with business outcomes across global teams.
Steve Howarth
Steve Howarth is a senior technology leader with decades of experience in embedded hardware design and engineering leadership. Prior to joining Eagle Wireless, he spent ten years leading the hardware engineering organization at Cradlepoint, an Ericsson company, where he delivered carrier-grade cellular-networking platforms at scale. Steve has deep expertise in embedded systems development, system integration, carrier certifications, and regulatory compliance, and is known for building high-performance teams that consistently deliver reliable, production-ready technology.
Mark Kvamme
In addition to founding Eagle Wireless, Mark is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of The O.H.I.O. Fund. Before this, Mark had a long career in the private sector (founding Drive Capital, serving as a GP at Sequoia Capital, founding CKS and beginning his career at Apple). Mark has also spent extensive time in and around government, having been the Director of Job Creation in Ohio for John Kasich and launching JobsOhio in 2011 which generated $1.7bn in Ohio revenues in 2022.
